So often we spend our entire lives encumbered by external demands and influences, perhaps not even knowing who we truly are. What is it that keeps us from reaching both our full potential and an overall sense of peace? We often find ourselves in complex relationships that are anything but fulfilling and meaningful. Unconscious influences could well be at the heart of these struggles. Until we look beyond the surface of our lives, and the things that we consciously know about ourselves we could well be living unconsciously, and at the mercy of things that we do not understand about ourselves. Until we look at the unconscious influences in our lives it is hard to know who we truly are, or how these influences impact not only our personal struggles, but our most meaningful relationships as well. It is so easy for our essence to be buried in pretense, busyness, or addictive behavior. Whether you are looking for short-term solutions to current problems that need practical rational solutions, or answers to lifetime issues, the answers and the path reside in you. Our work will pay close attention to these deep influences, often using dream work, family of origin issues and art therapy.
