Perhaps there is a reason why I am the first and ONLY person to ever write a review for this company. Jasper came to my house recently for a roof repair. The only reason I picked them was because my neighborhood recently had a hail storm and Jasper went door to door trying to pull in as much business as possible. (even if that meant tricking most people they need a whole new roof). I knew that I didnt need a whole new roof, however, I did get minor roof damage that needed to b fixed/ repaired. I was outside doing some yard work when a Jasper worker/ salesman approached me. I told him that I did need a minor repair done and he insisted he go on my rood and check it out. Of course, he comes down and tells me I need a whole new roof (my roof is not that old AT ALL). He was very pushy and told me ""just let me measure your roof""..Wy did he want to measure my roof to simply fix one area on my roof??..It was like going to buy a car and the carsales men try to push and push til you buy a car.....same thing with these guys. I will not get into much detail because I am floored these guys even exist. They not only OVERCHARGED me for my repair...but they tried to get more money from me by saying something else needed to b repaired on my roof also, and they thught I would throw more money at them for that. Which, i didnt. My wife came back in town the day after the ""Jasper repair SCAM"", she told me she was goingto make a call to have repair done. I told her it was taken care of while she was gone, and I must say, SHE WAS LIVID, and told me there was only one roofing company she deals with, and trusts them...She told me Jasper had a bad reputation and asked me if I ever checked the reviews for roofing companies or talked to people about who the reccomend to help with roof related work... I told her I went along with them bc they were going door to door, BAD MISTAKE FOR ONCE I SHOULD HAVE DEFINITLY LET MY WIFE HANDLE THIS ONE....Long horrible story short, I had to call my wife's recomendation to ""fix"" the ""repair"" by Jasper... They got paid from me and the problem STILL was not fixed, I feel like they scammed me, they wont return my calls so I gave up and will never do business with them again, I have even passsed the word........ DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY! BAD DECISION...~Mr. Achordh
