I phoned one night and it happened to be after hours, however your salesman Rick was still there. H was very helpful and answered all my questions. To be truthful, I was still quite hesitant to buy an expensive vehicle, sight unseen over the internet, but Rick assured me of the quality of care. The transaction went smooth, there were absolutely no surprises like hidden charges. The price we agreed upon was the price. Rick arranged for transport of the car to the Canadian border, where I picked it up. Again, the car was delivered quickly, I couldn't be happier with the service. Rick sent the required document for export into Canada and everything went smoothly.
