My wife and I have some property in Richfield that is managed by Homestead Plus. We live in Atlanta and decided it would be best to use a property management company. We decided on Homestead Plus and they have been excellent!
Our property needed some repairs before we could get a renter's permit and Homestead Plus worked through all the issues and got the inspection completed very quickly. Then within a few weeks we had a renter.
If you looking for a property management company in twin cities area then give Homestead Plus a try. We have been very pleased with the service that we have received.
