ELITE IS ACTUALLY THE SAME BUSINESS AS CAP-CITI PAINTING AND HOME REPAIR, JUST UNDER A DIFFERENT NAME I ASSUME BECAUSE THEY HAVE SO MANY UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS.
Sadly, with good faith, my husband paid Joe Campos in full before the job was finished. Campos was always late or didn't show up at all when he started the job. He has yet to complete our contract, 5 months later, and I have sent off a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Of course neither company, Elite nor Cap-Citi, both run by Joe Campos, have responded. Next step of recourse for us is small claims.
DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU...DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY AND SPREAD THE WORD!!!
THIS COMPANY SHOULD LOOSE ITS LICENSE!!
