I have over 100 nails popping up out of my 3 year old roof that was installed by RTR. My roof also leaks in the exact same place i paid extra for rain and ice shield to be installed in and it is not there. the owner John came out and has made multiple prommises of the repair but their crews have NEVER shown up to make any sort of repair. Its giong to cost me almost what the roof cost to fix my roof and inside my house from the damage. Other roofers thing its in my best interest to just replace the roof and start over. I will be meeting Mr. John Harber in small claims court!
Pros: very prompt with the bid
Cons: Horrible cleanup shotty work
