STAY AWAY!! If I could rate them lower than 1 star, I would. The owner of Priority Air is dishonest, does horrible work, and then never returns your calls! I paid several thousand dollars for a whole new system...A/C unit and ductwork..and, boy, did the owner rip me off! I had to call and call when it needed repairing, and he never called me back. First his wife kept saying how busy he was, then his daughter would do the same thing...for several weeks?never called me back. I finally ended up having to call Air Masters to come fix it. Thank God I had the foresight to buy the extended warranty! Apparently, he had mis-wired something and there were scorch marks in the inside of the unit (I remember he said he shocked himself), but I thought he'd fixed it. Had to get a new compressor and have the whole unit rewired from start to finish. Unfortunately, I wasn't so lucky on the ductwork...it was not done up to code, he had used cheap ductwork (like venting material, not rigid) and he had just hung it by hooks (draped like Christmas tree lights), so I had to pay $2,000 for new ductwork. STAY AWAY!!!
