I was unimpressed with Tart. I tried a variety of items - petit fours, cupcakes, lemon bars, and tarts. All tasted like they had been sitting in a refrigerator for quite some time. On top of that - Chocoalte petit fours was dry. Red velvet cupcake had good frosting, the cake itself was bland. Lemon bar was ok. Chocolate caramel tart was chocolately but left me wanting more caramel flavor. I can't vouch for any of the order ahead of time items (cakes and such), as I was a walk-in customer. Overall, I would not go back. Best petit fours I've had so far came from Stein's Bakery.
