My daughter chose this place for her 30th Birthday dinner. What a mistake that was we have never been to a place with such poor service. To start off they called several times on the same day to confirm and reconfirm our reservation, just how many times do we need to confirm. From there it just gets worse. The time it took to get our food was ridiculous and one of my daughter's friends order was cold when it was brought to the table on top of that it was incorrect so it was taken back to the kitchen. When it was brought back to the table it was still incorrect, again we called over the waitress her response was ""the chef gave you a better steak"" and treated us as if we were bothering her. My daughter's friend didn't want a better steak she wanted what she ordered so they took it back again and again it came back to her incorrect. Our waitress never came around to ask if everything was ok, if we needed something we had to hunt someone down. Now we are just annoyed. Called over a manager who took the order back to the kitchen again, still not right. The waitress came over and told us desert would be complimentary for all the issues we had, we ordered 1 desert and they brought birthday cake to my daughter. We were told they removed the incorrect order off the bill but they actually charged us for it and for both the complimentary deserts! Are you kidding me! On top of that because we had a part of 8 they automatically add the gratuity of 18% which our waitress DID NOT EARN! So once again we have the manager come over and finally had those complimentary items removed. The food was ok not worth their cost we have had much better. This whole experience was very disappointing, we do not recommend this restaurant, if you decide to try it yourself good luck and make sure you look over your bill carefully.
