Review content:
I am really starting to believe that customer service has died.
I recently purchased a pair of $135 sandals from their LAguna Beach store. A few days later one of the straps broke. Since I actually live in LA I called the store to see if I could take them back to a store in LA. I was shocked when they told me that they could not do anything for me since all shoe sales are final. I tried to argue the obvious to no avail. I then left a message for the manager. I decided that I might have more luck dealing with a local store so I called the Larchmont & Robertson stores and left messages for the mangers there as well. I even left a message for the owner of the chain at the corporate office. No one ever called me back. Thankfully the manufacture was willing to take them back and give me a replacement pair. I ask myself, how do these places stay in business???
