Businiess name:  Les Schwab Tire Ctr
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
Had a nail in one of my tires that was in the tread, though just over an inch in from the sidewall. Walmart would not touch it because of its location. Took it to the local Les Schwab. Busy facility. Noticed the large number of techs and their constant activity. However busy they are, when they came out to talk with the customer, each tech was courteous and showed what the problem was and their recommendations. They took time to listen to the customer's concern and offer alternatives. In my case, I watched the tech through the waiting area window. Pulled the nail out and patched the tire. Then remounted and balanced. First tech had some problem with the balanced and solicited the help of another. Soon they had it balanced and mounted back on the car. He even took an air check several times before pulling the car out of the service bay -- perhaps to make sure that the air was holding? The manager did not charge me and would not take my offer to pay. I realized that they put in 30 minutes of work and should be paid, but their philosophy is to earn my business. With the detail and care that this Nampa LS showed, I will take my future tire business there.
