Review content:
Unfortunately I can not summit my review without giving this company a star, they clearly don't deserve one. This company has been in business since the late 70's. My family used their services for their business, so when it came for me to choose an alarm company I contacted them. When you pay an alarm company for the installation and service you expect them to monitor your alarm and make sure nothing happens, that way you can have some peace of mind that your home or office is protected. Sloan Security states that they moniter your home/business 24hrs. a day 7 days a week. Don't hold your breath on it. Sloan Security places your home/business on a 15 day test, this is when they check that your alarm is functioning, if someone tampers with your phone line inbetween those test dates, you will find a huge surprise when you get back home/office. Sloan Security does not receive any signals if your alarm system is tampered so anyone can break in your home and office and take as long as they need, because no-one will notify the police department about the break-in. I contacted Sloan Security and had to speak with the owner Bob, because their employes have no clue how a security system works and he told me ""if you want dialy testing you have to pay for it"" and further aded that the big companies do the same type of bad job as his company. When I installed this security system I expected this company to alert me when there was a trouble signal from my home or business but since control station does not get a signal from my alarm until it's test day I will be better off without an alarm system anyway. Hire a real profesional alarm company, a company that will live up to what they say (24hr. monitoring) and not one like Sloan Security that has to charge you extra if you want them to monitor your alarm 24hrs.
