If you are thinking about getting them to install your home alarm system, look elsewhere, unless you want to get ripped off of course. I was apparently scheduled in for an appt but the ball was dropped and nobody showed up. After a few phone calls, I was given 3 different quotes and confusing prices. Eventually Bob said they don't do quotes, the just show up, do the work, and you pay whatever it is...wtf? Really, how does that work? So once you are here you can basically charge me whatever you feel like it? No thanks, keep your system and I will take my business elsewhere, as should you.
