I would not recommend using Stanzel Construction. I had a very bad experience using Stanzel Construction for my renovation. The supervision of the job was almost non existent. I had to check every day to close windows and lock doors at the job. One month I had a power bill over $1000 because of the open windows and doors. The painting sub was a nightmare and I am still resolving problems related to the painting. I was never apprised of exactly how much we went over on the origional contract. At the end of the job Chris kept raising the final price. I paid $30K over the origional contract which more than covered any overages. I am now receiving calls from subs that have over 90day outstanding invoices not paid by Chris Stanzel. I would hate for anybody to have to go through what we have been through for the last 7 months.
