What at first seemed like a nice, family owned business, turned into a completely unprofessional group of buffoons. They came to the house once to fix a broken car window, and brought the wrong glass. They came back a second time, and told us we needed to go out and buy a regulator--which we did, for $119 from the dealer. When we called Regency back to install the glass, a retard got on the phone and said ""the boss won't let us install a regulator...there's nothing I can do for you"" and hung up on us. The cowardly ""boss"" wouldn't even get on the phone. These people SUCK--they are unorganized, unprofessional, and just plain dumb.
