Review content:
One of our company's graphic printer was broken and I contacted docutrend since they were the 'authorized' lexmark printer dealer. They said the technician will be here next day morning but never showed up. I called them twice and they finally answered and technician will be there next week. I waited till next week and the technician came but he was struggling to fix the machine for 5 hours!! He said the machine needs to be examed by his manager so he took it to his main office. I got no answer from them for 2 weeks so I called. They said it's being fixed and will take another couple days. I waited and called them next week and they said it's unfixable and wanted to recommend me a brand new printer for 25% off price??? I just told them to bring it back to me and never brought it back. I called them more than 30 times and they STILL say they will deliver it by tomorrow. NEVER DELIVERED! I'm still waiting for them to deliver it and it's been over 3 months since we didn't use that printer??? I'm about to sue them and I hope there won't be any people who will contact docutrend for fixing their printer. Overall rating: - 5 stars
