No one was at the door to greet me, I waited several minutes. I then stood by the booth near the dining room and waited a few minutes...no one came. Finally, the bartender asked me could he help me. I responded I would like to eat lunch. Then a waiter asked me could he help me and I told him I would like lunch. He went to get the hostess. When she arrived she asked me could she help me. Do all customer get questioned as if they are not there to eat? I then had the mushroom bisque which had too much garlic. And my Turkey club was really a sandwich with dry Turkey (tasted like moist paper) and sad small pieces of lettuce and tomato. I also had to wait a while for my sandwich although the place was empty. I wish I had just went to Cosi. Pros: decor Cons: , service
