I took my dog as a new client for a full grooming service to this pet grooming place in Shelby Township located just north of 21 Mile. I called ahead of time to book an appointment and the person I spoke to told me to just walk-in b/c there was only 2 people waiting. When I arrived, it took about 10 minutes before my dog was worked on. I told them how temperamental my dog was about nail trims, but the staff seemed confident about their expertise. All I heard was whimpering from my dog during the whole process. His haircut was disproportionate and I had to put up a fuss about fixing it. They gave me a little attitude about fixing my dog's haircut b/c there were others waiting after me. I didn't like their service or their lack of professionalism to their customers. My dog was shaking after we left the place. I am certainly going to look for another pet grooming place.
