Review content:
I was referred to Sew What for bridesmaid dress making and wedding gown alterations from another local business. I was very disappointed with the quality of the dresses made. On my wedding day the bridesmaid gowns were falling apart right before we were to walk down the aisle. Some girls dresses were too short, some girls bust line was cut too deep, the seams were sewn unevenly and poorly and fabric was switched without my knowledge. Seams were literally coming undone and getting last minute temporary stitching from the coordinator. In addition to the disastrous product, during the the design process, the owner and dress maker, often booked multiple appointments with other clients at the same time she met with me, she would tell me she understood my concept and then bring a completely different pattern to the table (I wound up having to give her a pattern that I found in a local fabric store). When time came to collect the dresses she wouldn't return my calls and was behind schedule.
