Worst experience ever for both my son and myself. Very similar to a few of the other reviews the customer service was disgusting. Aurora was the hairstylist that we were given and what a cold, mean woman. Not a single smile, not a friendly gesture, just all business. ""How short do you want it?"" That's all she asked. And because she didn't bother to ask us any questions, when she pulled out the clippers and zipped through my son's hair, he freaked out. My son is only 2 yrs old. I told her that he has never experienced clippers before. She made no effort to take that information into account and make my son's experience less traumatizing. As a matter of fact, she walked away. She couldn't be bothered. I was stuck, she had already shaved off a quarter of my son's hair. Where was I going? After calming him down, I needed to go and look for her to ask if she was going to finish the job. I even reminded her that this was a kids place and she should know how to deal with this. My son was absolutely tormented in the hands of Aurora. His exact words to me when I finally got him out of her chair was ""GET ME OUT OF HERE MOMMA!"" I will never go back to KIDZ KUTZ in Woodbridge Center Mall and warn anybody who is thinking of taking their child there...stay away...especially from AURORA.
