It took a little bit to track this place down (it's in the top floor of the Paldo Market on 114th in Beaverton) but it is absolutely worth the search! The food is delicious, fresh, and made from scratch. The homemade steamed dumplings are brilliant. They have several kinds of hot stone bap dishes, not just the standard bibim bap, and they are excellent. Great banchan and kimchi. Ordering is easy with the 41 dishes clearly displayed on the wall, and the menu has clear descriptions to match. Will be back again (and again and again). Also the market on the main floor has a great selection of stuff.
