Review content:
Zodiak Heating & Air installed an AC unit at my house that never cooled our home. They added coolant at one point but that did not solve the problem. Because our second request to check the unit went beyond the one year warranty, Zodiak would not return to repair a unit that actually NEVER worked in the first place. They failed to return my calls over period of seven days though promising each time that the ""Manager"" would surely get back to me. Don't let the nice voice on the phone fool you. They will not act on your behalf. Very sad that a business would choose to save their $100 service charge over a new customer who would have likely returned for years to come.
