Review content:
Mascot Financial's service can only help a very few select people and situations but they will sale their service to anyone. They have had many problems with their partners (TPA and Mortgage partners) like the TPA failing to make payments on the customers behalf and the Mortgage company giving the customer the ""wrong"" loan. Mascot won't tell people the complete plan they arrange for the customers, just the projected outcome, so that their trade secrets are protected. Many customers have filed complaints with the Utah Division of Consumer Protection. Legal action has been taken against Scot Stobbe and Mascot Financial for recovery of damages. Scot and Mascot have lost, settled out of court, and some suits are still on going . I filed a complaint also recently after learning about others filling complaints from KSL's website.
Pros: Friendly people, they are in sales afterall. Tried to make restitution for errors.
Cons: Can't deliver on implied, verbal and written promises
