this place was really bad ..trust me I work with Nursing Care and other in my line of work..I had surgery and they suggested I have a few home health visits for three weeks following and to come to check on me and to also take my Coumadin levels since I was home bound from the surg. Well they kept bringing Latex which I am allergic to for one. I called and left a message for the Director Of Nursing Missy or Misty well imagine that she never called back and trust me I never missed the call. Then on the last visit the Nurse finally had non latex gloves ok so I give them a point for that But I had to remind her ...and well no phone calls the night before because she said she had family over so I guess I was forgotten about. in the Middle they sent a male nurse I should of been asked beforehand though. Still the last visit never asked to check out my surgery sites (pretty sad for a nurse) one point for asking the pain scale thing. I was to have nurse out one more time this past week to see and take my Coumadin again well no show and no call and no call from company. I would not recommend this place for reliable or caring service esp when the director of Nursing can not even return a phone call I am sure if I called and questioned her she would of made lame excuse that she never recieved my voicemail....Yeah right!
