HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! WASTE of TIME AND MONEY!!!!! If I could give this place a ZERO, I would. They seem to have NO IDEA what's going on. They take forever, keep you on hold for long periods, provide you with conflicting information, and order and prepare the WRONG glasses. We chose them last minute before Christmas, as my son had broken his current glasses and needed a new pair before leaving for the holidays. I called and was assured that for the majority of basic lenses and most frames they would be able to complete them in an hour. I specifically stated that I did not want to set up an appointmnet if they would not be able to prepare at least 1 pair the same day. We WAITED in the lobby for our appointment for well OVER an hour, then after our Dr. appointment was completed, we were told that the technician had just taken his last order for the day and would not accept any more until the next day (due to the volume of walk-ins they were taking care of and too many to complete). Now that we had already had the Dr. see him we were committed to paying for at least the visit. He picked out regular frames and sports frames that he loved and against my better judgment, we ordered them. After Christmas we picked up the regular pair and was told the sports glasses would be a little longer. 3 weeks later, we call to check - they tell us they had been ready and claimed to have left us several messages. I checked my phone records - no calls from them. When we picked them up, they had entered our telephone number incorrectly in the system (interesting since they had called the correct number when the first pair was ready). My husband gets there, and they had prepared the ORIGINAL PAIR (that they have in stock) again, not the sports glasses. In order to appease us, they gave us the incorrect pair as a spare and ordered the sports glasses yet again. I called again today (3 weeks later) and after being put on hold for more than 10 minutes TWICE, was told the technician was out and they would call me back - yeah right. I had to call back, wait on hold for ANOTHER 10 minutes to be told that the fhey were still waiting on the frames. What a WASTE! I've scheduled an apointment with another eyecare facility, where I will have to pay for another visit - but maybe we'll actually get the glasses we order.
