Review content:
We are a freight company that moves hundreds of loads every month. We deal with several hundred different trucking companies every month. We usually have good if not decent experiences with most companies. This carrier consistently lies about when our loads were going to be delivered. We had 2 loads ship from Indiana to Chicago. Both were late. Every time we spoke to dispatch, (MIKE), we got that the trucks were on the way. Both delivered at the end of the day right as the receiver was closing. The told this story from the start of the day to the end of the day. This carrier gets loads back to Chicago, then has their local drivers deliver around the Chicago area. They deliver on their own time and schedule and not when the receiver has an appointment. I would not recommend anyone use this company.
