Almost 2 yrs ago I spent well over $1000.00 on equipment from this company and paid them to install everything. Had polite, knowledgeable technicians and was ultimately happy how my system turned out. I recently had a problem with my receiver - let me tell you how badly the customer service has gone downhill. I called on Monday - by Wed. still hadn't heard anything - I had an old e-mail of one of the techs - so I contacted him. Finally got a call back from some one else. They came out said everything was fixed - well I didn't realize zone 2 wasn't working until 2 days later (I don't listen to music outside everyday) (charged $99.00)I trusted they did the job correctly. They came back out and now all of sudden the receiver must have been fried by lightening because they can't get it to work. The next day, I have no sound again on my TV (which was the original problem) Long story short - the Tech I e-mailed no longer works there and the ones that do - don't care. Veronica got rude an angry with me on the phone stating I tried to pay one of techs on the side to do work for me (please).(plus he no longer works for them as I found out later) Then she continued that there was nothing they could do because my receiver was not under warranty and she refused to refund the $99.00. I went through all my paperwork and the receiver IS under warranty and I went and got it fixed myself. I will also be calling a DIFFERENT company to hook my system back up. The bottom line is - bad customer service to a good client. Rude and argumentative. She said - ""Why did you sign the paper that it was fixed?"" I said because it was......but when it doesn't work again 2 days later that's no longer your problem? They stand behind their work 2 days....nice.
