As a new patient, they told me I needed to fix my bite, needed a deep cleaning and needed a mouth guard. I was fine with all of that. Problem is I also needed to get 4 cavities filled and a second cleaning before the end of the year. They didn't tell me that little detail until after I paid for mouth guard, 1st cleaning, bite fix. This dentist was not upfront with all the costs or prioritizing urgent items first and optional second. Since I wasn't told about the cavities until after I had the optional work done (which could have easily waited until the following year), I couldn't make the right decision about getting cavities fixed first. My insurance ran out and now I'll go to yet another dentist and pay out of pocket to get my cavities fixed. Quality seemed ok, but I don't trust them to have my best interest at heart so who cares about quality.
