As a property owner, my overall experience with Linda Hougan and Premier Property Management has been atrocious. It took her company almost 5 months to rent out my property, when they did, they did not prepare the home thoroughly enough for the tenants to have a pleasant experience. I didn?t even know who the tenants were, but they actually somehow got my personal phone number and where so dissatisfied with Premiere?s service they offered for me to reduce the rent for me to terminate my agreement with Premiere and work directly with the tenant. Premier did not notify me with a thirty notice that the tenants gave them leaving me without rent for thirty days. In addition, Premier did not provide me with all of the keys to my property forcing an expense entire lock change, when I tried to resolve it with them, their response was ?get over it and stop bothering us?. My next communication with them is a legal action. Avoid Premier at all costs, or it will cost you!
