Review content:
Topeka's has the best filet at the best price anywhere. It comes so well trimmed that all of the meat can be eaten - a rarity in this town. The honey-lime salmon, and custom burgers are also great. Rolls, baked potatoes, and salads, are just the way we like them. Overall, our favorite place to have dinner in the Richmond area.
Pros: Great filets, salmon, burgers
