Review content:
We've been with safe harbor for years now. We've never had any problems until the prices were raised twice on us. For the unit we have, which is pretty small we are paying what I feel is too much. The late fees are another problem. You are charged ten dollars for ten days late and then 25 for 20 days or more late. Then if it goes past I believe thirty days you are charged 85.00 dollars. Before this place used to work with us when we got behind, And yes there were late fees but never as steep as this. The staff is still great and they do what they can to help. The only thing I wish they could do was lower the price to what we had before. These prices are what I'd expect at U haul where they over charge for everything. Not Safe Harbor, They were better then that.
