I hired them to hook up a hot tub I had recently purchased. I had called them on a Friday, they said they would have someone out that same day. They looked at it and found out what they had to do and said someone would call me Monday to set up when someone would be there for the project implementation. Tuesday evening rolled around and I finally called them, they said they would have someone out Friday of that week. I told them I was hoping for something a little sooner, she said she would call back when she had someone's schedule up. She called back later and said someone would come out Wednesday. Wednesday they came and they had all their parts, and did the hook up for the hot tub. They showed me the emergency stop breaker which they had installed, and they had cleaned up all their gear and tools and said that someone would call me either today or tomorrow to set up when the permit was going to be inspected. They never called. They really need to work on their scheduling and their communications, and to make sure they contact their customers as they promised they would.
