In my experience, everyone who works for Petri Plumbing & Heating is deeply considerate of the customer and their satisfaction: from the office manager to the tech that is on-call to the owner himself. Everyone is knowledgeable of their duties and considerate of your time and your home. The workers left my home in better condition than they found it. They cleaned up the entire area being serviced (the boiler room), and even tagged and tied up the loose ends of 'prior' contractors that had failed to follow through on their promises. They commenced and finished the entire job in the time they estimated it would take and made sure any outside work (i.e. electricians etc.) followed through and completed the job as well-minimal waiting. I can call on them day or night with any questions or concerns and am always greeted with a timely response. They even gave me an accurate window of time of when to expect the service-tech! How many people do that nowadays!? The owner, himself, oversaw all work being done and came to double check the work to be sure it met his standards and thoroughly explain the work and new machinery. I felt at ease, confident and (finally) satisfied that people in the service industry exist with integrity- a true anomaly. Their services don't come ""cheap and slap-dash"", so if that's what you're looking for, you won't find it here. But, you should expect that you will sincerely get what you pay for, there are no hidden costs, and a satisfaction knowing that your investment was sound. I can say with confidence that they will remain my plumbing and heating specialist .
