OK, first off: it's hard to find (right off 5th on Union, but in the basement of Park Slope Eye with very little signs), and it's not much to look at, clean sterile and white, with some new age music playing. I felt like I was taking my girl in for an abortion! So sure, I was a bit wary... that is until I met the friendly, easy going staff and artists. Walk-in wasn't possible that day, but I made an appointment with Lou and he gave me the phoenix tattoo on my back I always wanted! Beautiful work, and can't wait for another. The pricing is fair for good ink that would prolly cost 3X as much in the city.
