I reviewed them in Google, but figured I should also add it here....After doing research and price quoting for a good auto repair shop in Brooklyn (my two must haves: good price and good reviews), I found Direct Drive and am glad I did. The owner (Naum) was very open and honest about what needed to be done. He even said that I could use his computer to compare prices if I felt he was over charging. The fact is, his prices are very reasonable. On top of giving me attention as a customer, he went to a near by store and bought me coffee (though the price of a cup of coffee is cheap, the gesture was extremely nice). The mechanic (Sammy) worked on our car with care and was quick (I was able to watch his whole operation). Bottom line, the job was done well; and just as important, I was treated with respect and made comfortable. Naum went as far as explaining why and what was being done (I'm not very car savvy, so having him explain and even take me to the car to see the issues at hand was important). I'll definitely go there if future repairs are ever needed. How many businesses can you go to and leave knowing everyone's names. (side note: they do not accept credit cards, so bring your check book)
Pros: Honest, friendly, trusting, great prices.
