Run!! It's the WORST!! We were beyond disappointed. Susan, the childcare administrator is rude, cheap,and extremely inconsiderate of parents work schedules. In a 6 month period she scheduled 3 activities where parents were to attend at noon. This was extremely uncomfortable being that parents bring their kids there because we work full time. If she understood this she would have scheduled these gatherings for the beginning or end of the day to accommodate hard working parents with limited time. Susan also said they were going to put a fence outside in the cement park which never happened, the outside is literally a parking lot. While we attended there were teachers being investigated and fired for hitting students, my own children telling me they were spanked however I was never contacted by Susan about this. The place is really run down and dirty. There are holes in ceilings with buckets collecting water as children put their hands in the water which is filled with 100 years of dirt and toxins. Their pre-k is a joke, if they get government funding it should be yanked. My kid was unable to count to 20 or recite his abc's after 6 months in pre-k. They also charge full price monthly rates when they conveniently end the school year 7 working days before the end of the month. They also do the same thing in September for 5 days yet charge the parents a full rate. The teachers are also not certified in swim yet they are forced to supervise the kids in the pool. I was alway very uneasy about letting my kids go in a pool with uncertified swim assistants. There is a swim teacher however twenty 2 year olds in a pool at once would be too much for just one certified instructor. Bottom line is this school is CHEAP and could really care less about education or having standards. They clearly use none of the money they make from daycare towards improving or keeping up with their building or staff. I highly recommend you look elsewhere if you are considering this dump. You can easily find other places in the same price range that include well balanced meals and a positive environment.
