Awesome Sushi in Sun Valley! This is a small place that is hidden in a strip mall. The owner buys fish everyday and has a good selection, he doesn't have everything, but what he does have is some of the best fish in town. The kitchen menu is one of the best in the valley, his tempura is one the crispiest without being greasy. So many places are greasy and soggy once it get's to the table. This restaurant gets high marks for the quality coming out of the kitchen. The servers are plesant and make you feel like special. I don't get there for lunch much, but they have a great lunch menu and prices are too good to be true.
Pros: fresh fish, sushi, tempura, combination plates
