DO NOT GO TO THIS WOMAN! She will not do what she agrees to do. I went to her for a very simple alteration for a very important dress. All I needed was a simple hem at the bottom. She did EXACTLY OPPOSITE of what we agreed upon and shortened it way too much by about 2-3 inches. I told her that I was not happy only to have her ARGUE with me (the customer) and tell me that I was wrong. In the end I had to purchase new shoes because this ""professional"" couldn't get it right nor offer any insight or apologies as to why or how she could fix it.
