Review content:
I began training at Monk Wise three years ago and am amazingly glad I did. Through Tai Chi and Kung Fu I have improved my overall health, strength, flexibility, and endurance. The environment is a great balance between serious work and fun in what we are doing and learning together. The Sifus, instructors and other classmates are all supportive and encouraging making this a great place to meet new friends with similar interests. Classes support a full range of abilities and push you to do more than you think you are capable of. The schedule is open for the person who can only go once a week or the die-hard who wants to go six days a week, to include a three hour class on Saturdays that makes you proud to be able to accomplish it! In addition to Tai Chi and Kung Fu, there is extended classes in weapons, self-defense, animal forms, specialized style training and even summer retreats. I highly recommend Monk Wise for people of all ages.
