They got mad at me for wanting to void a credit card transaction because she didn't tell me the total WITH TAX. $10.00+. I was 2 dollars short so my friend would spot me and she got mad she had to do the 30 second void and started saying how i should know the taxes and calling me stupid for not knowing. I said it wasn't a big deal and she got even more mad. I apologized 4 times during this whole experience. I am a really calm chill guy and work in customer service. I turned to the manager and said you call this customer service? you are okay with this? and he said YES! you are being mean or treating her badly. I don't know what I did that got her so angry. The place was full too and she threw a pen at me that i underhanded onto the table. I guess she thought i was aiming for her or something. She picked it up and threw it lightly at my stomach. If it was towards my face I would have called the cops into a water pipe store. LMAO. that would have been something. Dont go here man. There are plenty of spots in the city with better prices and you can go to inner eye if you are in NJ.
