Just moved to Madison WI from San Diego... Roy Kaplan is probably the finest doctor I have ever come across. After being misdiagnosed for 20 years, he found the problem and cured it. He is caring, kind, and extremely thorough. Be prepared for a very long wait in the office! Bring a book... It's completely worth it. He spends a long time with his patients and doesn't let them go until he is satisfied with their care.
Pros: Amazing diagnostition, brilliant, encyclopediac knowledge of his craft.
Cons: long waiting times, totally worth the wait.
