If you have RA, fibromyalgia, hard-to-diagnosis muscle or joint pain, or are fighting for benefits, Kaplan is the only doctor to see. Even if you're in an HMO, if you aren't getting the care you need, try to find the funds to see him on your own. He is TOO good in the way that makes for a long wait to get in and his visits short. Be prepared; ask questions and he'll find the time to answer them. I 'found' him when he was hired by my insurance to get me OFF disability; he proved my case beyond any doubt instead. I've been to just about everyone in the county, and none compare.
