JGP has not performed as agreed. They took a deposit, did not get anything done and after 7 months have not refunded the funds as agreed. The bank returned the funds to them, there is a written agreement to have the funds returned to the customer, they have guaranteed the return dozens of times in writing, but hav kept the money and used it for their own purpose.
