THIS IS THE WORSE OF THE VERY WORSE VET CLINICS. OUR DOG WAS VERY SICK AND WE THOUGHT THAT SHE WOULD PROBABLY NEED TO BE PUT DOWN. WE CALLED THIS VET CLINIC AND TOLD THEM HOW BAD SHE WAS AND THAT SHE WAS IN NEED OF IMMEDIATE ATTENTION AND THEY WOULD'NT SEE HER WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT SO WE MADE ONE WITH THEM FOR THE FOLLOWING DAY, A FRIDAY, AND WE TOOK HER IN AND SHE WAS COVERED IN BLOOD FROM HER EAR ALL THE WAY DOWN THE SIDE OF HER NECK AND DOWN TO HER PAW. SHE WAS IN TERRIBLE PAIN AND IN VERY BAD SHAPE. AS BAD AS SHE WAS THEY TOLD US THAT WE DIDN'T HAVE AN APPOINTMENT FOR ANOTHER THREE DAYS ON MONDAY. THAT WASN'T TRUE, WE DID HAVE AN APPOINMENT AND IT APPARENTLY WASN'T WRITEN IN. THEY WOULDN'T EVEN WORK HER IN AS THEY SAID THEY WERE TO BUSY. THIS WAS JUST UNBELIEVABLE AS A GOOD VET OR EVEN A BAD VET WOULD HAVE MADE A WAY TO CARE FOR A DOG IN THIS AWFUL CONDITION BUT NOT THEM. NEEDLESS TO SAY WE WILL NEVER TAKE ANOTHER ANIMAL THERE EVER AGAIN AND YOU SHOULDN'T EITHER. WE WERE LUCKY AND FOUND A REALLY GREAT VET WHO IS TRUELY COMMITTED TO CARING FOR ANIMALS. THIS VET TOOK ONE LOOK AT OUR DOG AND TOLD US THAT SHE NEEDED IMMEDIATE CARE AND SHE TOOK HER BACK AND DID QUITE A NUMBER OF THINGS TO HER AND BROUGHT HER BACK OUT TO US AND TOLD US THAT SHE BELIEVED THAT WITH ALL SHE DID FOR OUR DOG, WE WOULD PROBABLY ENJOY ANOTHER COUPLE OF YEARS WITH HER. FORGOT TO MENTION THAT OUR DOG IS A SENIOR OF 13 YEARS AND I DON'T BELIEVE THAT SHE WOULD HAVE SURVIVED MUCH LONGER WITHOUT THE COMPASIONATE CARE OF A REAL VET. DO YOURSELF AND YOUR PETS A FAVOR AND FIND A GOOD VET OR HOPEFULLY A GREAT VET AND THAT DOES NOT INCLUDE PETSVET CLINIC.
