Would rate 0 stars if available, for total non-service. Called on a Monday to order a roll-off dumpster for the weekend. Was told to call back the day before it was needed. Thought this was odd, but nevertheless, called back on Thursday morning to order the roll-off for Friday. The man that answered the phone sounded like he just woke up and seemed like he kept falling asleep during the conversation. But, giving him the benefit of the doubt that he may be otherwise distracted, placed the order, but also made him read it back to me.
Arriving home from work on Friday, no roll-off had been delivered. I called him at 6pm to inquire. He first said he was ""still delivering for the day"", but then said he problems with the truck and asked if he could deliver it first thing the next morning, around 7:30 am. It is now Saturday evening and no roll-off and no phone call.
BEWARE, don't waste your time with this person or company.
