We thought it would be great idea to have a golf cart rental the day of our wedding. We contacted Jersey Carts approximately 4 months prior to the date to arrange the rental. Here is how it went.... we made a phone call, left a message. 1 week later, called again, spoke with greg. he said he would email a copy of their agreement and an invoice. 2 weeks later, we called again. left a message. 3 weeks later, called again spoke with greg, he said he would email a copy of their agreement and an invoice. 2 weeks later we called again, asking for the agreement. they emailed a copy. About 2 days later i called them, asking to clarify the emailed invoice. and that same day we faxed back the signed copy of the agreement along with the credit card authorization for the invoice. time passes... no word from them. i called approximately one week before our wedding to confirm delivery of the cart to the location, they agreed. ONE day before our wedding, they called me asking for a second credit card authorization, either email or fax that back to them. ?...but i already provided that to you...?. i did not have the resources or the time to allocate to this small detail before the wedding. we decided then to cancel the rental and upon doing so, they refunded 50% of the down payment $214.00 to me. and they made $214.00 for doing absolutely NOTHING for their customer...except raising my blood pressure. Jersey Farts is a poor company and does not put the customer first. there is an old adage, if you eat at a good restaurant you will tell 10 people, eat at a bad restaurant you will tell 20 people. i intend to tell everyone.
