You can tell some of these reviews are fake! Who really knows the first and last names of their trainer??!! and look at the things that are said ""freeze privileges"". if you really a member writing a review you dont talk like that on a review and you make it quick and short. Beside the annoying owner who has dumb rules regarding memberships, the gym is nice,spacious, enough equipment, classes are great, front desk customer service is excellent only thing that makes people leave are the high ridiculous prices and the owner! He would maybe make more money if he just stood behind the door and let someone run the business for him. You can tell at the way he treats his employees that he is just too much. I was in the middle of a conversation with someone at the front desk and he cut her off and told her to go do something. VERY rude. People have even canceled membership because they refuse to keep paying him even tho they love the gym. He need to back off and let the gym be a gym n not a place of gossip!!!
