If I could give Dents Unlimited a 10, I would. I had just purchased my car on my own, for the very first time, and I'm 30 years old, and the very first day I go to work, my coworker backed into it. I got an estimate from Dents Unlimited, and I was anxious to get the work done, but Marc, upfront, wanted to schedule an appointment for a couple of days out. He wanted to make sure that when he got the car in, he would be able to give it his full time and attention, to get it done right. He said he could probably take it immediately even though he was super busy, but if he did, he'd just be doing it to get my money, and that's not what he's about. I certainly appreciated that! He saw the damage, and said nothing bad would come of it if I continued to drive it the next couple of days, so that calmed me down. When I took the car in, Marc touched base with me, letting me know all the steps and processes that were being taken. He got my car back to me in a timely manner. A day later, someone had broken into my car, took my books, and damaged the interior badly. The police had found that all the doors locked remotely except for one, which was the one Dents Unlimited had worked on. I took it back to them, and Marc immediately claimed responsibility for the whole thing. He said it was personally his fault that thing were damaged and that my property was stolen, and that he was so sorry for my having to go through this. He asked me for the cost of the items taken, wrote me a personal check to replace what was lost, and told me to get my car back in there so that he could take care of the damage as well. I would get a Dents Unlimited tattoo if I could find someone to do it, because they were so great! They were awesome! It meant so much to me that Marc called again the following day to say he's sorry he couldn't replace my notes as well. I had a final the next day, and with the money he gave me to replace my books, I was able to study for it, pass the final, and pass the class. It was a complete blessing. Marc is an honest man, a man of his word, and I think his business is really going to take off because he's an honest guy. Kristen Collins, proud customer of Dents Unlimited.
