Chris is the most thorough inspector I have ever seen. As a buyer you want someone on your side who is not easily swayed by the selling agent. When I heard from the seller rep that it was one of the longest inspection ever it was music to my ears. Inspect the best is professional and will leave no stone unturned. You can go with the rest or go WITH THE BEST!
