About 2 months ago I got engaged to my now fiancee. I used Zales' online ring creation tool and found exactly what I wanted for my fiancee. I went into Zales Cool Springs and showed the manager the details for the ring. He was more than happy to research the ring for me to see if he could put it together for me or not. He went out of his way to locate the particular band, but was unable to in the time frame I gave him (I was under a personal schedule to get a ring). I received a call from one of the associates there and they told me that another local jewelry store had the exact band in store and referred me to a sales associate there.
Although I didn't buy my engagement ring at Zales, I was completely satisfied and impressed with the customer service I received, even when I didn't purchase a ring from them. When I'm in the market to buy something special for my future wife, I will always look first at Zales Cool Springs!
